We at Puppy Pie are dedicated to producing comfortable, functional and eco-friendly dog sweaters.

Because our sweaters are recycled from reclaimed textiles, we carefully inspect all textiles for moth holes before production, and every sweater is put through quality inspection prior to shipment.  *If, however, a moth hole is detected, please contact us for repair or replacement.
 
If you aren’t completely satisfied with any of the items you purchased, please contact us at 310.372.4702 or email us at info@puppypie.com, and we will make every effort to resolve the problem.

* Puppy Pie™ Moth Hole Policy:
If a moth hole is found, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receipt for repair or replacement.  Moth holes are repaired by hand stitching, machine appliqué’s or additional felting.  If repair is not feasible in such a manner that will retain the beauty and quality of the design, the item will be replaced.
